IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL BAND MEMBERS!
On Wednesday, June 13 BHS & Buehler’s are sponsoring a Balloon Launch in Celebration of the Lives of Jeff, Blake, Lexi and Kevin.
THE BAND has been asked to play a special part in this event (see website for details). Non-marching and rookie members are welcome to perform as well.
Please register using the form below so that Mr. Wardeska can adequately plan for this event.
The band has been asked to join the members of the football team and cheerleaders as well as other organizations beginning at 3:30PM to bring the balloons onto the stadium field.
Times:
- 3:30 PM – assist with balloon staging
- 4:00 PM – Meet in band room
- 4:15 PM – staged in stadium
- 5 PM – Balloon launch begins
- 6 PM – approximate conclusion
